Portuguese-BR PW Unlimited Private Server - Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on the PW Unlimited server, you agree to these terms of use and acknowledge that you are participating in a private and unofficial Perfect World game server. You understand that the server is maintained as a hobby, non-profit, and that the game has been modified from the original version, which is the intellectual property of the company holding the game rights.
2. Server Nature
The PW Unlimited server is a non-commercial and free project, maintained for entertainment purposes. Account creation and participation are 100% voluntary. No user is paying for access, and all game features are available for free. Donations are accepted solely for server maintenance. They are voluntary and do not offer advantages that impact player performance. No "pay-to-win" benefits are offered in exchange for donations.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The game Perfect World is the property of its respective rights-holding companies. The PW Unlimited server has no affiliation with these companies and claims no rights over the game or its content. This server is not a substitute for the official version of the game. We recommend that users support the developers by playing on official platforms. No sale or commercialization of original game content occurs on this server. All copyrights belong to the original creators.
4. User Responsibility
By registering, the user acknowledges participating in a fan community where game modifications are made without the intention of profit or harm to copyright holders. The user understands that by accessing and using the private server, they assume responsibility for any legal consequences, exempting server administrators from any liability.
5. Donation Policy
Donations made to the server are 100% voluntary and serve the sole purpose of maintaining server and infrastructure costs. They do not grant competitive advantages over other players. Donated amounts cannot be refunded once processed, and donations do not constitute a commercial transaction or acquisition of services.
6. Data Privacy
Information provided during registration, such as email addresses and usernames, will be used only for account management on the server and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law. 7. In-Game Conduct
All players must follow established rules of conduct, including respect for other players and the prohibition of abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior. The use of third-party programs, hacks, or any type of game manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban. Be aware that the account created and used by the user can be removed or permanently blocked by the game administrator at their sole discretion.
8. Service Termination
The administrators of the PW Unlimited server reserve the right to terminate the server at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for previously made donations.
9. Disclaimer
The administrators of the PW Unlimited server shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of the server, including but not limited to data loss, server failures, or legal actions related to the use of the private server.

GENERAL RULES:
- 1- Do not impersonate a GM or ADM.
- 2- Do not use third-party programs to gain advantages or alter game files.
- 3- Hate crimes such as racism, xenophobia, fatphobia, homophobia, and/or transphobia are strictly prohibited.
- 4- Exploiting any internal game bugs for undue benefit is prohibited.
- 5- Inventing false accusations against other players is prohibited.
- 6- Inventing false accusations against GMs, ADMs, or any other game staff member is prohibited.
- 7- Do not use game resources to harm others.
- 8- Killing friendly players or secondary accounts to gain KDA (practice known as "FAKE KILL") is prohibited.
If you do not agree with any of the terms present here, which may be updated without notice, this server (made for everyone's fun) is not for you.
